At your doorstep is easy access to all of the inner West's gorgeous cafe culture, resturants, cocktail bars and public transport taking only 5 minutes to walk to either south King St, Erskineville station or Erskineville Rd.
Please note, if you have a car there is free all day street parking nearby.
The room would suit a single person or couple (extra weekly rent) looking for a comfortable place to relax and chill out before and after enjoying all that Sydney has to offer.
You will be sharing wth 2 others - Chris, a 33yo professional who travelled the world as a chef in his 20s, surfs, musician and now works in a College, and Oz, a 7 year old well trained black labrador (see pics); and Kirsty a 31yo marketing professional who is a keen traveller and into all things retro/vintage. Both of us work long hours so you will have the house to yourself a lot during the week. A love of dogs is a must as Oz loves people, bones, ball games and sleeping :)
We are looking for someone 25-34 years old, who has lived in share houses before. Easy going and well travelled is a bonus!
We split all the bills evenly (water and electricity, internet is $16 per month for high speed cable routered through the house via WiFi)
